Full Management

This is our most comprehensive and most popular package. Let us take care of every part of the process; from getting your property on the market, to overseeing the duration of the tenancy and co-ordinating the return of the property at the end.

Fee: monthly management fee of 12.5%+VAT

Discount: Bespoke packages available for multiple property landlords.

Set Up Cost: for every new tenancy that we set up we charge £450+VAT. However, this is not charged until the tenant is found and their first month rent received.

Remember: there is no charge to you until the tenancy begins!

Benefits: you don’t need to do anything! Allow us to be the main point of contact for all areas of your tenancy. Retrieve your monthly statements without needing to deal with any contractors, invoices or payments. Receive photographic inspection reports and allow us to keep your property up to legislative standard year round. Best of all let us handle the changeovers and tenant departures.

Let Only

Are you an experienced landlord? Do you have a portfolio of your own? Do you have quick access to tradesmen? Then this package is for you. Let us provide the marketing, the tenant finding and paperwork for your tenancy. The day  the tenant moves in, we then hand the tenancy over to yourself. We will work with you to establish a tenancy to your liking and then leave you to manage it yourself.

Fees: There is no monthly management fee.

Benefits: Lease and inventory paperwork signed by both parties provided to you at the start of the tenancy. Great for changeovers – come back to West to get it tenanted – then carry on managing yourself!
